A 25% of the total cost including GST is due to secure the work, a second installment of 25% is to be paid once we arrive at your property and commence work, a third 25% payment will be requested once we have reached 50% of our expected timeline and progress on the project and the final 25% is to be paid upon completion of the project.

Once the job is completed as agreed by both parties, as per the quote/scope of Work, all materials will remain the property of Vida Landscape Solutions Ltd until the final payment is received.

Vida Landscape Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any Building consent(s) or cost(s) related, unless agreed and specified or outlined in our scope of work.

Vida Landscape Solutions Ltd will assume responsibility for any damage caused by our own doing to property during the execution of the project.

Service Re-location can be arranged and managed by Vida Landscape Solutions Ltd If requested by the client or deemed necessary upon agreement at the client’s expense.

Hard-dig variation will apply to any digging work if the dig or excavation work/s requires extra time, other than what would be deemed normal due to unforeseen or hidden element below ground. The client will notified immediatey and work will continue after an agreement has been made by both parties.
